Leifur James
Mladí ladí jazz and Heartnoize Promotion present:
London-based experimental artist and producer Leifur James returns to perform his highly anticipated new record Angel, Disguise released in April under the auspices of Night Time Stories.
The album explores the themes of love and loss on a personal, social and environmental level, all in the form of masterfully elaborated vocal passages complemented by an exemplary mix of electronic material and energetic drums.
The space will also be given to the acclaimed newcomers of the Slovak scene God and Eve known for their sound-rich debut The Creation full of playful art-pop, jazz and psychedelia. The record received a nomination for Discovery of the Year from the Radio_Head Awards and will play in Prague for the first time – in a five-member group. We will be introduced to the night by Brigitte Noir, a resident of Radio Punctum with her own show Dance in slow motion and an eclectic selector of numerous Prague stations.
