Sega Bodega and Mayah Alkhateri are heading to Prague for the first time with their project Kiss Facility. A closeness that transcends language barriers, and a fate we don’t choose. The artistic and romantic duo Kiss Facility creates music for their debut 𝘒𝘩𝘢𝘻𝘯𝘢 that draws on their personal mythologies, Arabic poetry, and contemporary shoegaze.

Musician and vocalist Mayah Alkhateri, who grew up in the United Arab Emirates, has teamed up with producer Salvador Navarrete—who also performs solo as Sega Bodega—to create an album full of dreamy, captivating melodies and deeply human emotions.

Kiss Facility released their first EP, 𝘌𝘴𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘤, in 2024 and followed it up this year with their full-length album 𝘒𝘩𝘢𝘻𝘯𝘢. The album draws inspiration from indie rock, the music of the Arabian Peninsula, and, in their own words, even Enya. The album’s atmosphere is built primarily on dense guitar riffs, subtle vocals, and precisely articulated emotions.
